"We were looking to replace a roof that was previously replaced by a shabby, unreliable, and, unbeknownst to us, unlicensed contractor. With a roof that still leaked, and a contractor that abandoned us, Pat heard the advertisement for Premier Exterior on Star 99.1 FM. We immediately researched the company, and after finding out that this company had a stellar reputation, we called and spoke with Steve. Steve came to our home and listened to us with such sympathy and compassion as we told him our story. He told us not to worry, that if Premier Exteriors replaced the roof, they would guarantee that it would not leak again. Just by speaking with Steve and hearing his pitch, we were extremely confident that Premier Exteriors was the one to do the job for us and do it right. Steve invited us to the showroom (which I recommend everyone on doing), and we picked from a multitude of samples, colors, materials, etc. We later met Shannon before work was started, and he also reassured us that we were going to be very happy with the outcome. Shannon brought Mike with him who within minutes diagnosed the problem with our roof. We trusted in these guys so much that not only had we had our roof replaced, but we had additional work done to our home which gave it a complete exterior makeover. We now have new siding; beautiful stone façade around our bay window and front door; two windows upstairs were replaced; a window on the side of the house was closed up; a new window was enlarged in the front of the house to match the adjacent window making it symmetrical; and last but not least Mike built us a tremendously gorgeous portico. Our home definitely has ultra curbside appeal now, but most importantly during that harshest of storms, our home is safe and dry. Pat and I can now enjoy a good thunderstorm without the worry of all the leaks and damage that come with it. "We were looking to replace seven of our windows and getting the house re-sided. Steve did a great job of going over our options and pointing out the pluses and minus of the products offered. It took the whole evening to select the siding and windows, and we really would like to apologize to Steve's wife and kids for keeping him away. When Shannon came to our house a few days later to take final measurements, he suggested we get our old deck power washed and stained before the siding was installed. Since the estimate for the windows and siding was about what we expected, we were able to use out 'just in case we underestimated' money to have Premier replace the decks flooring, steps, and railing. "I feel blessed to have used Premier Exteriors! I was in a position where I had to make improvements to a home where the main part of the house hadn't been repaired or painted since the late 1980's. I knew that the repairs needed to be done out of necessity, not luxury. I was resentful because I had just come out of a bitter divorce that left me on an extremely tight budget and I was still very emotional. I was in a vunerable situation since I knew very little about this construction stuff.
